The study cited evaluated omega-3 fatty acids at 1 g per day in generally healthy adults aged 70 and over. That is a higher dose than one glowmega serving provides, and it tested the nutrient rather than this finished product. Its vitamin D arm used 2,000 IU, twice what glowmega contains, so no vitamin D claim is made from it. Individual results may vary.
